Web Application Development Outsourcing

We are specialized in writing custom web applications using our own developed technology, VIBIOS® Application Framework (VAF) and VAF Studio. You can see examples of our products developed by us here.

Our hourly rate is extremely low, only USD 25.00 per hour, and your project will be developed by a full time senior programmer, assisted by an assistant for documenting (as needed) and supervised by one of our experienced supervisors. You only pay USD 25.00 per hour for the full time senior programmer. Assistant and supervisor are free of charge as courtesy of our service. We always provide a weekly prototype of your project. As another option, you can have a trial for USD 5.00 per hour so that you can see our works and be sure (the trial is only available for projects that require more than 20 working hours and the trial period can be 20 to 40 working-hours as you wish). (Note: you can not extend your trial after your trial period is ended).

Case 1: If you have a project that requires 5 working-hours, you are not allowed to have a trial. So, you have to pay for 5 hours * USD 25.00 (regular price applied) = USD 150.00. The payment is divided into 3 steps, 40% (USD 60.00) must be paid before the project starts, 50% (USD 75.00) must be paid when the web application is completed and delivered or deployed/installed and 10% (USD 15.00) must be paid at the end of maintenance period.

Case 2: If you have a project that requires 30 working-hours, you can have a trial for 20 to 30 hours. If you choose to have a trial for 20 hours, you only have to pay for USD 5.00 * 20 hours = USD 100.00 as the initial payment. After the trial period is ended, you may review the progress. If you wish us to complete the project, you have to pay for 30 hours * USD 25.00 (regular price applied) - USD 100 (initial payment) = USD 800.00. The payment is divided into 3 steps, 40% (USD 320.00) must be paid when we agree to complete the project using regular hourly rate, 50% (USD 400.00) must be paid when the web application is completed and delivered or deployed/installed and 10% (USD 80.00) must be paid at the end of maintenance period.

Case 3: If you have a project that requires 35 working-hours, you can have a trial for 20 to 35 hours. If you choose to have a trial for 35 hours, you only have to pay for USD 5.00 * 35 hours = USD 175.00 as the initial payment. After the trial period is ended, you may review the progress. If you want to have the web application, you have to pay for 35 hours * USD 25.00 (regular price applied) - USD 175 (initial payment) = USD 875.00. The payment is divided into 3 steps, 40% (USD 350.00) must be paid when we agree to deliver the web application to you, 50% (USD 437.50) must be paid when the web application is delivered or deployed/installed and 10% (USD 87.50) must be paid at the end of maintenance period.

Case 4: If you have a project that requires 70 working-hours, you can have a trial for 20 to 40 hours. If you choose to have a trial for 30 hours, you only have to pay for USD 5.00 * 30 hours = USD 150.00 as the initial payment. After the trial period is ended, you may review the progress. You can not extend the trial period. If you wish us to complete the project, you have to pay for 70 hours * USD 25.00 (regular price applied) - USD 150 (initial payment) = USD 1,950.00. The payment is divided into 3 steps, 40% (USD 780.00) must be paid when we agree to complete the project using regular hourly rate, 50% (USD 975.00) must be paid when the web application is completed and delivered or deployed/installed and 10% (USD 195.00) must be paid at the end of maintenance period.

Case 5: If you have a project that requires 70 working-hours, you can have a trial for 20 to 40 hours. If you choose to have a trial for 40 hours, you only have to pay for USD 5.00 * 40 hours = USD 200.00 as the initial payment. After the trial period is ended, you may review the progress. If you wish us to complete the project, you have to pay for 70 hours * USD 25.00 (regular price applied) - USD 200 (initial payment) = USD 1,900.00. The payment is divided into 3 steps, 40% (USD 760.00) must be paid when we agree to complete the project using regular hourly rate, 50% (USD 950.00) must be paid when the web application is completed and delivered or deployed/installed and 10% (USD 190.00) must be paid at the end of maintenance period.

  2. Application Design
    We will develop a software design based on your requirements along with the project period estimation. After that, We will send you the contract completed with the estimation, pricing and warranty period for bug-fixing.
  3. Coding
    As you confirm and approve the project contract, we will start the development of your requested custom web application. We will provide the latest prototype of your project weekly so that you can send comments to us for a better result.
  4. Testing and Debugging
    We will perform an intense testing and debugging as the coding phase completed to make sure all the functionalities work as expected.
  5. Installation/Implementation
    After passing the testing phase, we will deliver the application to you. You may either ask us to install/implement the application or perform it on your own.
  6. Maintenance
    Maintenance period starts right after the installation/implementation. During this period, you have to make sure that the application works fine. We will fix all bugs for free during this period. The length of maintenance period is stated on the contract.

    You will be charged USD 25.00 per hour.
  2. Page Pricing
    You will be charged USD 200.00 per page and USD 45.00 for each of additional pages.

The payment is divided into 3 steps. First, 40% of the total cost must be paid before the design process is started. Another 50% must be paid after the design process is finished. The last 10% must be paid when the maintenance period is ended

An up-to-date website is required to keep your customers visiting your website. If you want to present an up-to-date website to your customers, we are willing to do the favor for you for a very low cost. We will perform updates to your website (contents, images, and other elements) as requested.

Cost for this service is extremely low, only USD 30.00 per hour. We also offers a Monthly Maintenance Plan for you who want to update your website monthly.

  1. Plan 1 -> USD 27.00 for 1 hour per month (Save 10%)
  2. Plan 2 -> USD 48.00 for 2 hours per month (Save 20%)
  3. Plan 3 -> USD 63.00 for 3 hours per month (Save 30%)
  4. Plan 4 -> USD 72.00 for 4 hours per month (Save 40%)
  5. Plan 5 -> USD 75.00 for 5 hours per month (Save 50%)

All plans are prepaid on a quarterly basis. You are allowed to roll unused hours into the following month.
